Want to have conversations about recovery with your loved one, but don't know how to start them?

Learn new techniques and solutions to help your loved one towards recovery, build a healthier relationship and improve your quality of life. This class with focus on the Community Reinforcement Approach and Family Training (CRAFT) method created by Dr. Robert J. Meyers and outlined in the book Getting Your Loved One Sober. The class sessions are facilitated by local community members who were trained by Dr. Meyers.

There are six class sessions, held once a week, with a maximum of 10 participants. Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions, but it is not a requirement. The class is free of charge. Participants are encouraged to purchase the book Getting Your Loved One Sober. There are also books that can be borrowed during the class.
