Funds Available for Community Wellness Efforts

The Hancock County Community Partnership is pleased to make available funds from the ADAMHS Board for local wellness efforts (Hancock County organizations only). These funds may be used to support prevention initiatives that promote the health and safety of individuals and Hancock County communities that focus on reducing the likelihood of or delaying the onset of behavioral health problems (i.e. harmful substance use, mental illness, suicide, and problem gambling).
The Community Partnership has made available a total of $5000.00 for the Fiscal Year 2019 Mini-Grant program.
